Ascent Trip Report***Private Outing***
Nice day to beat the heat and go climb the Three T's!! We set up a shuttle by parking cars at the Icehouse Canyon Trailhead and then driving up to the bottom of the ski lift and parking there. We took a ride up the ski lift as soon as it opened at 7:00, made our way over to the "Baldy Notch" bump, and then headed north then east on the ski resort's access road. Along our way we picked up Gold Ridge, Thunder Mtn, Telegraph Peak, Ree's Point, Smetana Hill, Peak 8023 (in the same location as Smetana, but we'll log it anyway), Timber Mtn, and Icehouse Saddle. Nice day; cool when it was windy, which was most of the day, hot coming down Icehouse Canyon.
