The only thing I would add is that Chicken Shit Gully starts around 6800'. I was naturally pushed to the narrow gully with a piton and stopper. I did not take a rope, but if I did it again I would most certainly take a rope for the decent.
There was flagging on the lower section heading up to the moraine that made trail finding pretty easy. I hoped there was access to water once on the moraine, but the creeks had gone subterranean. On the creek bed before starting the ridge I had to descend a few hundred feet down the creek bed to a couple large boulders at about 2,300' before water appeared. It was a good choice. There was no water on route after.
