Ascent Trip ReportNavigated up the steep, exposed and somewhat loose Northwest Couloirs to tackle my last major summit in the core Teton peaks! The exposure was about as serious as you can get for a 'non technical' climb. No rope used on the way up, but I did the 60ft. rappel on the descent. Perfect day up here! Views were exceptional on the entire route. Kari joined me initially, but wisely hung back on a wide ledge around 11,000ft, where the difficulty really started to escalate. Overall, another great day in the Tetons!
