Ascent Trip Report

Started from Lake Ingalls trailhead at 3:30AM. We reached Long pass at 5:00 and started our way down to Ingalls Creek.
We went up Cascadian couloir. The route was completely snow free expect 1 snow patch remaining before the false summit. We didn't use any gear to cross it on the way up. We reached the summit at around 8:30AM. The weather was perfectly clear and temperature was cool.
On the way down, we used our ice axe to cross the snow field and it was starting to melt and it was very slippery. We followed what we thought was a trail, but ended up in the wrong gully. We continued on that gully to finally reach a trail at the bottom of the mountain. We arrived at the car at around 3PM.
