Ascent Trip Report

Climbed with Adam Palmer via the Fifty Classic North Ridge with Gendarme. Very cool, classic, climb. Hiked in and traversed the glacier and bivied at 8200 feet. Glacier was no fall zone (didn't rope up). Approach gully loose and junky. Beautiful bivy site.
Next day did Fifty Classic climb. Cool ridge climbing. Gendarme a little more technically difficult but not bad. Got partway down descent and slept in forest at 1 AM.
All around one of coolest climbs have done in a while. Went as lightweight as possible.
