Ascent Trip ReportWhite Mountains 4000 Footers #42 (#37 for Nancy). 5:15 up to summit; 5:00 down to car. 18.2 Miles. Last 1.1 miles to summit were very steep with lots of loose rock; very difficult coming down. Had to wade through 3 streams (Franconia Brook; Lincoln Brook- twice; both out and back). Great to get this 4000 footer done! |
