Ascent of Antoinette Peak on 2016-06-18

|Ascent Type:||Successful Summit Attained|
| Elevation:||11407 ft / 3476 m|
Ascent Trip ReportThough my experience in the Gros Ventre is fairly limited, I can say Antoinette is one of the finest peaks in the range. The hike is fun, interesting, and varied; the mountain itself is impressive as well as aesthetic; and the summit view is one of the best in Wyoming. Kari and I were on cloud nine from start to finish. This whole area is a hidden gem which is largely overshadowed by the Tetons and the Winds. For my part, I hope it stays this way. What a spectacular hike!
