Ascent Trip ReportOvercast day, limited views, but a very enjoyable hike. Took Sandwich Mountain trail over Noon's Peak, to Sandwich Dome, then back down to Jennings for lunch. Great views from Jennings. Took Drake's Brook Trail down which was a very gentle grade and followed Drake's Brook. Saw several small waterfalls and great spots to wade in the stream. Hiked with Bob. Left ~9:30am, returned to car around 1:45pm. |
