Ascent Trip Report

Deep snow and small avalanches due to the earliness of the season, and an absolute solo climb for the two days. Slept in refuge, in the winter room (fireplace, metal bunks). Good weather throughout. This area of Pyrenees is stunning, and highly recommended. No technical sections on route, but at this time of year skis could be very useful - much of the route I was fighting knee-deep snow.
