Ascent Trip ReportThe road is the tough part of this peak, not that road is bad, just long and tedious. I was able to take it from the east (that side is often closed), and it saved me quite a bit of time. It was about 16 miles from US 93, and I took about 45-50 minutes to drive it.
While the hike doesn't (need to) include bushwhacking, it does require tree/bush dodging as the area is decently forested.
It was an OK hike, with OK views- I really would not recommend it unless one is going for Range High Points. |
