Ascent Trip Report5 of us set out from Pigot Bay Forest Service Cabin on a rainy unpleasant day. We bushwhacked through light subcanopy and lots of moss north west around some small cliffs toward the ridge. After around .5 miles we headed up the ridge. We were above tree line at around the 500/600ft contour. From the tree line it was an easy snow hike to the very broad summit. The weather at the top was a mix of rain, snow, and lots of wind. We quickly layered up and headed back. |
