views were clear as possible... loved my first look into the ravines and seeing more of the high altitude alpine tundra - I was 14... wonderful way to climb into these high alpine pastures and set foot on the summit of mt washington for the first time... so magnificent.

3rd part of a day hike starting rt 16 via rocky branch then over montalban ridge-north peak - boott spur onto mt washington and then looping back to nh route 16 via glenn boulder tr
