Ascent Trip ReportStarted at the Angelus Oaks trailhead. Snow on the ground after only several hundred meters. Took a quick detour to bag Gerhard Peak. Microspikes used to Limber Spring. Switched to Crampons at the base of the Winter drainage route. Proceeded off trail up the drainage in a straight line to the peak. six to 12 inches of hard crusted snow. Very icy and very steep. some of the crew was able to glissade on the way down. Nearly two feet of snow at the summit.
