Ascent Trip Report

Rode my bike up the dirt road from the Ellis Hatch Wildlife area Parking. Rode out to the pond and parked by the South end near the earth dam. A peculiar set of 6 or 7 stone stairs and a large rock that looks exactly like a New Hampshire silhouette marked what looks like a trail head that someone is working on, but there was not much of a trail from there. Bushwhacked to the top through very uneven, rocky, and leaf covered terrain, twisting both ankles a couple times. The summit area was very large, making the exact summit difficult to spot, but the Peakbagger marker seemed to be within 100 feet of multiple candidate spots. Bushwhacked back down and back to the car.
