Ascent Trip ReportThe FCC tower on the highest contour as well as the water tanks further east (mentioned in Sue Miller's report) are both easy to visit. I thought the FCC tower was higher. It was not posted outside the gate and was easily driveable in 2WD. Highest natural land is outside the fence to the east. Big Ridge has been excavated on three sides of the tower, leaving large berms that are obviously not natural. |
