Ascent Trip Report

The drive to the trailhead was somewhat challenging- the first half mile or so had numerous muddy sections, and then the higher stretches of road had some challenging trenches in the road, and some rocky sections.

The route was fairly straightforward on decent terrain. The very top was made a little more challenging by melting snow turning the dirt to mud. While I "checked the box" to indicate scrambling, it should be noted that there was only about 6 vertical feet (1-2 moves) of scrambling on an otherwise mostly class 1 with a bit of class 2 hike. There were spectacular views from the summit.
