Ascent Trip Report

I know I'm not the first on this CoHP, but I did do it in the most manly way yet. I parked at Fort Boise and rode my mountain bike over a succession of trails, leading me to the ridge road. Then I carried my bike to the HP once I was next to it on the road. Making this extra difficult were the trail conditions (thanks to a season of downhill bombers and who-knows-who-else) which made getting consistent traction on the already steep grades an impossible task.
