Ascent Trip Report

We left Thompson Pk and took the eastern ridge to the saddle and then up to the fin like projections. The challenge was knowing which one of the fins was the tallest. After unsuccessfully trying to climb up and over the fins to stay on the ridge and ensure that I hit the summit, Brian and I consulted our phones and determined it was the furthest hump to the SW. The Peakbagger map has it right on the connecting ridge from Thompson, but it did not seem correct, so we scrambled over there. There was a small rock cairn on top, so I assume we weren't the only ones to think it was the highest.

For what it's worth, I felt that this summit was much more technical and dangerous than Thompson.
