Ascent Trip ReportThe trail now starts just downstream from the parking area - it's been rerouted for fish conservation.
Dennis and I spent a long day on this one. See my GPS track for route details. Basically, we followed the Bowery Creek trail to the North Fork, picked up a use trail along that North Fork, and then headed cross-country over the saddle north of point 8967. This gave access to a long ridge run to the peak.
There was a nasty drop on loose scree just past 10833, which was quite unpleasant on the way back out.
