Ascent Trip ReportGorge brook to Snapper to Carriage to Glencliff up to South Peak, back over to Main peak, down beaver brook to Asquam Ridge to Al Merrill back to the Ravine Lodge. Started out hot and sticky then rained and the rain got really hard when we got to South peak, rain calmed down as we headed over to the main peak. Very cloudy and windy at the top. Got some pictures, then started to head down. Then it lightened up so Jason got his white board out and I grabbed a beer to celebrate. Then we really headed down and it kept going in and out of clouds. Up and over Mt Jim which had nothing exciting and had a rougher time going down the trail that was wet and slippery. Ended with an amazing burger at Black Mountain burger. Okay hike with great company, the up went by really fast. Once we got wet and cold it got a little annoying but it was still a great feeling to finish the NH 4K.
