Ascent Trip ReportAs we approach to the base of the mountain we are greeted by a bad omen of a car sized boulder tumbling down where we were headed. As we climb towards the C-J col, the glacier is split and we end up having to navigate the most messed up moat I've ever encountered. My buddy who can climb 5.11 rock vowed never to climb Johannesburg ever again. It's do-able for a hardy mountaineer, but don't expect it to be a walk in the park.
