Ascent Trip Report

Climbed it in January in the dark to get a sunrise shot from the top. No cramp ons, no ice axe, no flash light; all of which I would have killed for to have at some point during the hike. 10 degrees and 50 plus mile per hour winds on the ridge top. I had to crawl at times to keep from being blown off the mountain. It would have been an excellent day for sledding up there. A truly unforgettable hike. Outstanding views from the top especially of el Cerron. Would do it all over again in a minute but with cramp ons, an ice ax and a flash light. :)
