Ascent Trip Report3 day trip with Adam and Fletcher. Beautiful but also very difficult with the long approach and tedious scrambling (mostly super exposed class 2). We protected the exit from the Fremont Glacier and a nasty gulley on the way to the summit as well as the summit itself. Rangers made off with the register. Unfortunately I didn't have a writing utensil. Watched some fires spring up by Park Creek Pass. Even though we were packed relatively light, it still felt like hard painful miles. Logan definitely gave me a run for my money. |
