Ascent Trip Report

Took Hopper trail to "Overlook Trail" that was a bit of a disappointment in terms of views. There is one small clearing along the trail with a small view, otherwise completely treed in. The tower at the top is closed for renovations currently. There are sweeping views at the top. Took the Appalachian trail down, which was uneventful other than a hard fall I took due to an unexpectedly slippery plank. Then Jones nose trail (very steep) to Dynamite trail to car. The Dynamite trail suggests a trail blasted out of rock, it is anything but that, pretty much a flat trail through lots of vegetation.
