Ascent Trip ReportThis was a wonderful bike-and-hike with two good friends. We stashed our bikes at the turnoff for the trail, although we probably could have taken them higher. The ridge to the summit was third to fourth class the whole way, and never particularly exposed. The summit provided wonderful views of Baker, South Twin, and numerous other North Cascade peaks. Cruising down the road on bikes was truly excellent.
