Ascent Trip Report

Third time trying the trail systems; this time starting off and heading east into the horse trail flats and into the power line trails and doing the bluff overlooks from east to west starting with the hairpin overlook where we saw 7 manatees laying in the water below with a 35 foot overlook to view them from. They were rolling in Spruce Creek and blowing water out of their spouts.

Sandy ramp training gain - (35x5=175 + 4x25=100 = 275) and there was 240 feet of add gain on the bike trails an other meandering features if you chose to pick the most hilly terrain possible.
