Ascent Trip ReportSea level ascent. Original plan was to fly to WA to pick up my truck and trailer in OR. A wind storm damaged the trailer right before I was supposed to pick it up, so plans changed and I had more free time in WA - never a bad thing, right?! So, Becca and I had a few days off to go for a quick San Juan Islands trip. Off to the never-before-visited Lopez Island! Great hike, probably more challenging than the island HP, which we did the next day!
There is a swing near the top of the peak that made for a very nice diversion. Summit has a cairn.
I love the San Juan Islands... Pics
