Ascent Trip ReportThis was a fun hike to a very rarely visited summit with incredible views. Due to a dry winter, we were able to ascend with very little snow to deal with. The bushwhacking was mostly very mild, except for a couple sections in the wash (toward where we entered and right before the ridge). For me, the most challenging section was the section leaving the wash to ascend the ridge.
Note: the trailhead is easily accessible by passenger cars and the corral area has plenty of great spots for camping.
