Ascent Trip Report

After Boone County we went north on Burr Oak til it ends and turned right (west) on State Line Rd and a quick right (north) on Martin Rd and drove into Sharon, WI. Went a few blocks to Route 67 and turned right (east), crossed Route 14 north of Harvard and went to Alden Rd. and turned right (south). The first intersection is State Line Rd and we parked here. There is a brushy rise on the northwest corner that looks to be the highest point. We took a few pictures and left. You might be able to drive straight across from Burr Oak on State Line Rd, but the road is full of potholes--we surmised that the two states don't agree on who has responsibility for the road so it goes without repair.
