Ascent Trip Report

Parked midway up the mountain off Dartmouth Dr. and walked a well-beaten trail to the viewpoint over Massabesic Lake. Good view, but this area is a party ground, with graffiti and broken glass everywhere. After scoping out the local peaks, I headed into the woods on an ATV trail and followed it to its height-of-land, where the true summit was a few yards to the left. A firepit and rocks/cairns marked the top. There were extremely limited views from the top- only a sliver of a hill in Manchester was visible. Took a swig of water and then headed back down.

The trails are easy to follow, but there are some confusing junctions, so be careful.
