Ascent Trip ReportRan up here right after Mt. Rogers and didn't take the road, but kept following the trail. Wrong move. Oh well, just went like a mile out of the way but the views made up for it. Must've hit Buzzard Rock or Lover's Leap or something. Great views of the valleys down below.
Got into the fenced-in area (hence the aid climb haha) and saw the two markers. Not much to see, so I skedaddled on down. Haven't done a two-peak day in far too long...the desert and the midwest'll do that to you... |
