Ascent Trip Report

This was the third objective of the day; the first was Pine Ridge High Point and second was Japacha Peak. See those reports for details.

Along the way down from Japacha Peak, a couple of us went up to the Airplane Ridge highpoint; the third objective. The best approach is from the south/southeast side just past the heavy brush. We left the trail at N32.92229 W116.59214. Continued XC to the high point. There was not a register. Took a couple photos then returned to where we left the trail.
