Ascent Trip ReportCMC hike. We alternated between hiking on the mining roads and the ridge separating Horseshoe Gulch and Fourmile Creek. The weather was almost perfect. It was pretty windy at the Horseshoe/Peerless saddle, and we had a few drops of rain, but that was all. There was only one other hiker with his dog on Horseshoe. Lots of people were headed up Sherman. Once we were done on Horseshoe, we headed on over to Peerless Mountain.
