Ascent Trip ReportSan Gorgonio Greats - HPS hike lead by Peter & Ignacia Dogget and Christine Soskins.
Started up Vivian Creek TH at 8:05 am and worked our way to the Dobbs Ridge. Ascended Dobbs, Jepson, and then headed over to San Gorgonio, down to The Tarn and up to Bighorn and ended the day with Dragon's Head. Cross country traversed around the bowl to meet up and converge with the Vivian Creek trail and hiked back down to the cars. 12:30 long day - but great day in the mountains. 2 new peaks for me - Bighorn and Dragon's Head - yeah! |
