Ascent Trip Report

Warm and humid to start but clearing as the day went on. Left parking at 0915 on RT41 and road walked to RT44. Nice climb up the first 1/2-3/4 miles, then easy up and downs to summit. Not much of a view from summit, but nice place for lunch before returning back to Salisbury. Passed a couple nice view points, one with a great view to the north of the Riga Plateau and Bear-Race-Everette. Trail was dry and mostly in good shape for early season. The road walk at the beginning and end was kind of lame. Good day overall and a nice section of the AT.
