Ascent Trip Report

We left Wildcat TH at 6:30 a.m., give or take, and headed out towards North Guardian Angel, where we cut left and headed down into the gorge. Steep, loose, brushy slopes led us to the bottom where we crossed the stream and headed back up through the SlimeFest, a steep class 4 climb over wet, mossy rock up to the plateau above. Soon we were on the red rock slabs leading to the summit ridge, where the views were the best I've seen.
