Ascent Trip ReportWe used Jason Voglers driving directions, which are good. On this one, our car GPS (Garmin) agreed with us the whole way, which is not usually the case. (usually the car gps is horrible at finding a passable route).
We got to the Corral Mainline road, which is gated and locked. It was only .45 miles from the summit in a straight line, so we went a little way and bushwhacked. after finding a gravel road, we went to the top, where the road goes all the way up though we do not know its origin or if it is gated. From just west of the highpoint, you can see the logging road that is on the Corral Mainline. it began to rain hard, so we made for that road, down the Corral Mainline and over the gate to our car. I really don't like to be "that guy" who trespasses, but we needed to speed up our descent due to weather rapidly changing.
This is a relatively easy summit. Another County High Point. I seriously doubt anyone other than CoHP'ers will come here.
