Ascent Trip ReportWe drove up, I am ashamed to day, to the very top. The gate was open and the wind was howling so we did not spend a lot of time outside the Jeep. Earlier in the day we hiked Indian Creek, a nice 16.5 miles, so we were not entirely lazy.
It was blisteringly cold, but since we were not working while climbing, that is no surprise. The Alvord was cool to see from up there. |
