Ascent Trip ReportThis was a scouting hike in preparation for Brett's LVMC outing on 4/27 that he is leading. It followed a route with plenty of scrambling up Pine Creek Canyon to Bridge Mountain, then went down the sandstone wash near the North Peak Trail. Brett and Harlan took the trail, while Susan and I took the wash down. We then met up and hiked down the Rocky Gap Road to the Willow Springs parking area, and took a car shuttle we had set up in advance back to the Pine Creek parking area. |
