Ascent Trip ReportI was camped off of Olgilby Road near American Girl Mine Road so rode my bike to Tumco and as far as possible towards the base of the mountain on a BLM road that goes by the cemetery. There are some old mine shafts at the end of the road, left my bike there and hiked up towards the ridge to the east, then dropped down into the next gully. I went up that to the west ridge and followed that up and down to the summit but went down a steep gully to the north and traversed below the main ridge to the west until I reached my cairn in the first gully and them returned the same way from there. Can't remember for sure but think it took me about 3 hours RT from the bike.
This is also know as Peak 2217 according to the Sierra Club register.
