Ascent Trip ReportA huge storm came thru and crazy high temperatures unusual for this region in winter. It was still before sunrise when I got to the HPs along the freshly paved road along CR 1204 and there were deer everywhere. Tree limbs down from the storm made the winding drive more difficult - could not see much. Temperature before sunrise in late January was 50F!!
4 sites near Mount Herman Church are easy and it was daylight by then. |
