Ascent Trip ReportThe peak turned out to have much more snow on it than we had anticipated. We broke trail through a foot and a half of snow much of the way, which resulted in very wet feet and slow going. Since we'd gotten a late start and the nights are pretty cold this time of year, we opted to give it up about 700 ft below the summit. |
