Ascent Trip ReportAn outstanding day on the mountain. Unlike the last time (12/15/12), it was dry, sunny, cool, and little to no wind at all. We took a slightly different route up, threw in some class 3 climbing just to spice it up, and made the summit and this time, found the sign in register. Last time up I was standing about ten feet from it, but never would have found it under the snow. There's no cairn there, it's hidden behind a rock. On the descent we took a more direct route to the wash and had some enjoyable class 3 bouldering to do to get down out of the canyon. And we still made it back to the car by sundown, which, by the way, was magnificent.
