Ascent Trip Report

Snow shoe'd up this mountain in the winter of 1985. Near the top of the ridge there is a road (Gulf Road) that runs parallel to all the summits. The view from the main summit is good in all directions. Hilltop is privately owned. If I can remember right, the owner lives near the intersection of County and Nason roads. The easiest way to the top is up Gulf Road (I found this out after bushwhacking up the mountain from directly north, vic. the Garland Rd.

Southernmost 1100 footer in Maine.
