Parked on paved road across from Squaw Valley Inn, took Squaw Valley Tram from 6200' to High Camp 8200', then a dirt road up to Watson Monument, then a trail down to PCT and up to Granite Chief. 18 of the 19 who started made peak, pace too fast for 1. After Granite Chief, we went after Needle and Lyon
