Ascent Trip ReportThis was a Sierra Peaks Section trip led by Larry Tidball and Scott Jamison. Our group backpacked into Treasure Lakes and climbed Mount Dade on Saturday, then climbed Bear Creek Spire on Sunday and backpacked out to the vehicles. The group climbed Dade via its East Couloir Route, which the guidebook labels "The Hourglass", and required an ice ax and crampons.
