Ascent Trip ReportThis peak wasn't on my planned itinerary, so I didn't have any information on workable routes to the summit. ADLP and I came over contact pass from the 3rd lake on the north fork and I decided to give it a go, starting from the east. I crossed over to the southwest face through a notch on the south ridge and started making my way up. Eventually, the "route" on the southwest face was getting up into the class 4 range. I felt a little uncomfortable since I was alone, so I bailed, not too far from the summit. It looked like it would have made it if I'd just gone through with a few barely questionable moves, but some of the writeups I found on the web suggested that it may have just gotten worse from there.
