Ascent Trip ReportAfter escaping the overpopulated hellscape that was the summit of San Jacinto, Aidan and I made our way down to Folly Peak. While not very prominent, Folly Peak provided an outstanding respite from the crowds above and a lot of fun navigating around one really interesting deep cut in the ridge. The summit is at the far west end of the ridge and has (as of our ascent) a little man-made rock table on the summit rock. No register could be located, so we had a snack and were on our way to Newton Drury. Folly was the third peak of the day, fourth of the trip. Pics from the whole weekend.
