Ascent Trip Report

Saw lots of footprints on the way on the jeep road, got to the top and saw that about a Sierra Clubbers had done it 3 days before. The hike up the canyon is a bit of a slog but it is nice once you get to the false summit. There was a faint use path but I didn't really try to follow it, just took what looked like the best route, and then I saw the tracks most of the time. Just nearing the top of a lower peak up on top I saw the horns of a bighorn sheep turn and run. I scrambled up there and saw a bunch of them quite already a ways in the distance.
