Ascent Trip Report

The Tellurium’s loop from New York Creek Trail #2182.1 and Brooklyn Gulch.
Driving to the New York TH on Lincoln Creek Rd is rough 2wd/mid-clearance recommended.
If you have the energy and weather window then I recommend returning to the New York Trail instead of using Brooklyn Gulch. Map’s indicate a trail in Brooklyn Gulch but it is not maintained and hasn’t been for ages. There’s little evidence it ever existed and it’s a slow, wet route with tons of bushwhacking.
The Tellurium’s have much more involved ridges than they appear at first until you’re on them and can be quite tedious. Both can be kept to C2+.
